Frank Hamner

Born in Birmingham, Alabama, Frank has traveled the world in service to his country and his clients. After graduating from high school, he enlisted in the United States Navy. His exceptional performance and academic credentials earned him a full scholarship to Auburn University. Upon graduation he was commissioned by the Navy and completed two tours in the Persian Gulf War before leaving active military service to enter law school.

After graduating from the University of Florida College of Law in 1995, Frank quickly established himself as a legal scholar and powerful litigator. He has published research in construction litigation, employment law, real estate, intellectual property and attorney malpractice. As an AV rated attorney, he has tried cases in both state and federal courts, defended numerous appeals and presented oral arguments in Florida's District Courts of Appeal and the Federal Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Prior to launching his private practice, Frank worked for one of the largest commercial law firms in Central Florida. Today he continues his strong litigation and administrative practices and serves as retained counsel to one of the largest corporate entities in the area.
