Chelsie Pickett

Born in Winter Park, Florida and a proud graduate of the University of Central Florida, Chelsie’s outstanding academic career led her to the practice of law in New York City at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, one of the top 5 firms in the United States. She worked in the firm’s General Practice Group, focusing on intellectual property transactional work.

Chelsie decided to return to Winter Park and began work with Frank A. Hamner, P.A. as Associate General Counsel for a number of companies, including Marc Media Group, LLC and Great American Land Management. In house, she assists with contract negotiation, contract drafting, compliance and business litigation related to media law, intellectual property, real estate and general business matters.

In addition to her work in-house, Chelsie has broadened her practice with the firm and assists a number of clients with business transactional and litigation needs. This practice includes construction and commercial litigation, real estate, and intellectual property.
